The early reports from Evan Turner could not be worse.  Yesterday in a summer league game,  he played horribly and the team called it rust.  Today, he plays horribly and they call it fatigue.  How is this possible?  If you read between the lines of the Daily News stories, it's clear there is major concern.

If after two days of mini-camp the general manager has to actually declare that he's not panicking about the second pick in the draft, that means it might be time to express concern.
